The purpose of the program is to acknowledge our appreciation to valuable tenants, we highly admire their behaviour, and it is our way to say “THANK YOU!”

Conditions to qualify a GCC

Any tenant who signed 6 months or longer term contract is qualified to apply good character certificate, upon following condition:

1.     Pay rent on time during contract period

2.     Have never got any breach of duty notices from DV management

3.     Complete contract

4.     No dispute with other tenants during tenancy period

5.     No illegal behaviour in our knowledge

6.     Have never taken drug or drunk in the premise

7.     Have never damaged any asset of the property

8.     No criminal history records in the tenancy with us

9.     Respect others privacy, space, colour and difference

When you complete your contract,

            You decide to move out, you can apply from Manager, he/she will check your qualification, sign the application, the director of DV will issue you a good character certificate; signed by the director and sealed by DV’s official stump.

            You extend your contract, you still qualify for the certificate if you required.

What GCC means?

1.     If you happily move out after you complete your contract, you need reference for your next tenancy; it will help your new real estate agent or landlord to know your character. 

2.     No work experience? GCC can help your prospect employer to understand that you will be a trusted and loyal staff; it is worth to invest time to train you!

3.     In other circumstances, if you, in case, have to deal with any legal entities, for example, you were unluckily involved into a traffic accident, you needed someone to tell police or other legal entities of your good character, GCC would be powerful to demonstrate your good character, as it is from third party and it tells who you were in the period of your tenancy.

4.     Personal satisfactory, it is part of your life record. You, your family and friends will be proud of who you are!

Apart from above benefit, DV management will promote this program to relevant organisations, such as well known real estate agencies, University Housing Offices, and employment offices to make this certificate well known and maximum to benefit our valuable tenants. We will also to promote it in all related Medias, such as websites, newspapers and universities database, anyone, who knows DV will know this program. Soon, if you looking for accommodation, job or other things which require high quality personal characters,  from DV have a GCC with you, will be a great benefit!

Bonus of GCC

Any tenant who qualify a GCC, will also qualify no rent increase for next contract period

As we appreciate your good character record, upon you qualify for a GCC, DV management will value your honesty, if you complete your contract, you decide to extend your contract, we will happily offer you a no growth rent for next term, so on and so on, you don’t have to do anything to get same rate rent, if you decided to extend your contract, or stay as monthly base, you rent rate will stay with you, absolutely no annul increase!

So far we have a few valuable tenants have been enjoying our no rent increase bonus; we do appreciate their loyalty and excellent character!

Any good deed you have done in the premise during your tenancy, we will mention it in your certificate. We believe good behaviours not only shape our personal development, but also contribute to our society!!!

Voluntary and no obligation to join the program

For new tenants, you are most welcome to join the program;

For existing tenants, if you have signed contract for a certain period, you still qualify for the program; we will add your previous record to the program.

1.     If you have excellent record, no later payment*, no breach of duty notices, you are absolutely qualified for the program, thanks, warm welcome! You don’t have to apply, your certificate will wait for you when you complete your contract**.

2.     If you have overlooked rent payment time or notice of previous months, but have never got 14 days rent overdue notice, and breach of duty notice, you are still welcome! We will dismiss your later payment record to qualify you the program, upon you pay your rent on time in your following period, (e.g.:, if you have signed contract for 6 months, before you join our program, you have stayed two months, and you have rent later payment record, you still qualify to apply the program and complete it in next six month time.)

3.     If you have had 14 days overdue notice for certain circumstance, but you are willing to change your payment behaviour, please talk to manager about your interest, we will take two payment circles to quality you with this program. For example, if you pay your rent on time in next two months and you are willing to join the program, you will be qualified for the program after second on time payment, and complete it in following six months.

Dragon Village Management team is the only entity to explain and update the program. We have right to change or withdrew the program at anytime.
