Dragon Village provides easy residential accommodation for students undertaking short-term ELICOS or Foundation programs. Apartments come fully furnished. This rates include all your utilities (electricity, gas and water). These rates represent a cost per room. Rates include all monthly utility and installation charges including water, gas, and electricity.

Booking Terms And Conditions

No Application Fee Holding Deposit - $100.00 (AUD). Payable in advance to guarantee booking

Residents are also required to pay one month's rent and four weeks rent as bond in advance - Dragon Village Melbourne is committed to providing quality accommodation designed to meet both short and long-term needs of tertiary students. To maintain this degree of flexibility it is important that each of our guests makes a commitment to a specific length of stay and fulfils it. With this in mind, please be aware of our cancellation policy and the penalties associated with the cancellation of a booking or the early termination of a licence agreement.

Prior To Arrival

Your reservation will be made and confirmed upon receipt of your holding deposit. Should you cancel your booking longer than 30 days prior to arrival, your holding deposit is refundable. We do not accept holding deposit in you booking is under 30 days, we require you to pay a whole month rent plus bond to commence your lease.

Upon Arrival

Should you wish to amend your departure date and effectively reduce your occupancy period from that originally reserved and confirmed, Dragon Village Melbourne will require that you compensate for the loss of income using the following calculation. (No. of days lost X Daily Rate). This transaction will take place during the check in process. Keys will not be issued until the debt is settled.

Early Termination Of Your Lease

Residents are required to fulfil their full financial obligation as outlined in their lease to occupy agreement.

When you book, we require following documents

1. Copy of your passport, driving license if you are Australian, which we know who you are,

2. Your uni acceptance paper to show which uni offered you a place

3. You mobile phone number, your home phone number, (your parent’s home phone), in case we contact you in emergency

4. Your parent’s name and contact, or your friend name and contact in case we need to contact them in emergency

5. Your email address, this one should be our general communication tool

No party in this premise any time, visitors have to leave the premise after 11pm, if your visitors stay later than 11pm, you don’t let manager knows, you will get a breach of duty notice.
